Mr. Daniel R. Reynoso M.A.Ed.
Hello, and welcome to our classroom website! Please bookmark this page so that you may come back to it in order to keep up-to-date with all the happenings in our classroom. A little bit about me...
I am a Sacramento native, a husband, a brother, an uncle, and a dog-dad. I am also a brain tumor survivor. I started working at St. Francis of Assisi when I was a junior in high school. I worked in the Extension program and later began working as a classroom aide through my years as a high-school student (Christian Brothers) and starting college student (Sacramento City College). It was at this time that I heard my calling to become an elementary school teacher. I transferred to California State University Sacramento and received my B.A. in Liberal Studies as well as my Multiple-Subject CA Teaching Credential. I taught for one year in the Sacramento City Unified School District and then came home to St. Francis of Assisi Elementary. For the first several years, I taught a 2nd/3rd-grade combination class. For the next several years, I taught a straight 2nd-grade class. For then next number of years, I taught 4th-grade. In 2016, I made the decision to continue my education while teaching at the same time. I received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University of Irvine in the Spring of 2017. At the culmination of the school-year in 2017, I made the decision to apply for and accept the position of 8th-Grade teacher at St. Francis of Assisi. Treat each day as a new adventure!
